Leila
Founder of Lorenzo Location and Lorenzo Luxury Retreats, Leila Lorenzo built the company from a love of family, friendship, and shared experiences.
The idea was born one summer in the Dordogne — during long, leisurely days and star-filled evenings shared with loved ones over good food, conversation, and laughter.
From those simple moments, the vision for a series of retreats that celebrate connection, creativity, and joy began to take shape.

What started as writer’s retreats in the Dordogne has since evolved into a collection of luxury retreats across beautiful French locations, each designed to bring people together through creative activities, food, and authentic local experiences.

From many years of experience in tourism, from managing beach huts on Bournemouth Beach to overseeing operations in a remote Pyrenees ski resort, Leila developed a deep understanding of hospitality and guest care.
These experiences laid the foundation for the chalet management and retreat design.
